The place is absolutely stunning and extraordinarily exceptional. Unfortunately, choosing July for our stay turned out to be a poor decision due to the extremely hot and humid weather, which caused illness among the family, especially the children. However, aside from that—which is beyond human control—everything was simply magical. The price is high, but the services fully justify the cost. The staff were incredibly cooperative and friendly, showing great patience with the various situations and temperaments of the children. The price also included everything: water games, food and drinks, photos, the amusement park—all throughout the day without any additional charges. The team was quick to respond to every request, always helpful and efficient. Room services were excellent—no more than a few minutes would pass before the staff arrived to fulfill any request in all three rooms we stayed in. Our stay consisted of three rooms for four days. The evening festivals were wonderful, and the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall that includes all the top brands. The pharmacy is open daily until 12:00 am. I was truly impressed by everything I experienced there. It’s a place worth visiting again, and I highly recommend it.

There is no such thing as a perfect score but there is rounding up to one. I had a lovely 5 night vacation here with the family and it really stood out. There is something for everyone and when your kids are happy and fulfilled, you tend to find joy in your vacation. The clean and spacious rooms are a great start, the super fun theme park and great weather make this an amazing family destination, but the service is what truly sets it apart. I have rarely been to an establishment of this size in which every single person serving did it with such a wide smile. Everyone is there to help and everyone is nice about it. Thank you to all the people who created the experience because you made it special to me and my family.

If you want to be a hotel, you need to have other facilities other than water skiing. All-inclusive concept is fake. Stop asking fee for a glass of orange juice at breakfast from a customer who already paid a sum equal to purchase a hobby garden of orange trees! Why shall we walk meters to eat lunch? Why lunch can not be served inside hotel restaurant. Answers easy; let outsiders see and spend. Why i cant find a single bed along pool side despite it flashes “hotel customers only” You are a theme park, and will stay like that if you do not revoke some simple hotel management facts and philosophies. Other hotels which may account for a quarter of you serves much better beverages with nearly unlimited choices. However i can gather some snacks ONLY near wave pool. I paid 15k for myself and my daughter for a dolphin ride. For 8 photos we were charged another 15k!
