The Landmark Hotel

I had a truly wonderful experience at The Landmark Hotel, Kanpur. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. The ambiance of the hotel is elegant and welcoming, with top-notch facilities and immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the dining service was excellent. A special thanks to MS.SIMRAN for her warm and professional hospitality. Her kind attitude and attention to detail made my stay even more memorable. She truly represents the best of what The Landmark Hotel stands for.

I came here for a wedding. It was a pleasant experience. This place is centrally located and lots of shops and markets in close proximity, including the “ Z Square Mall “. Food is good. Nice breakfast spread. Staff is courteous. In all a nice and pleasant experience.

The Good -> Rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable. Food is OK. Some buffet items were good, some were average. Overall hotel has good interiors. The Bad -> Glasses and cups in the room all had tiny paper towel like particles stuck to them if seen closely under light. It was like they were wiping with something which left the residue on all the utensils. Had to wait for minutes just to get lukewarm water in the bathroom. Absolutely no hot water. Huge let down! The Ugly -> One of the toilet commodes in Ladies Restroom of lobby area was completely brown, and flies and mosquitoes hovering over it. I could not believe my eyes that a so called luxury hotel can have this abysmal level of cleanliness. And the other toilet flush was continuously leaking at full speed. UNBELIEVABLE !
