The Leela Palace Udaipur

I loved staying at this hotel. It's literally a modern palace. with stunning views of lake Pichola. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. Always smiling, greeting and available for help. My friend suffered a severe neck strain, and it was an incredible relief when they managed to bring a doctor on-site at 2:00 am. What made it even more remarkable was that the doctor had to be ferried in by boat from a nearby hospital. The effort and urgency shown in that moment made all the difference. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I ever had. However, in-room-service Food menu is limited specially the vegetarian options. Most 5 star hotels at the price offers on-demand food services and allows guests to order out food out of the menu but that is not the case here. The swimming pool was large, very clean, and temperature-controlled, which made it quite inviting. However, the depth ranges from 5.7 to 6 feet with no shallow end, which can be a drawback for shorter individuals or those who don’t know how to swim. Additionally, the absence of a lifeguard makes it less accessible for the average Indian guest who may not be a confident swimmer.

Unreal experience under all aspects, room, position, food, service and care for guests. Staff made you really feel at home, always ready to fulfil any of your requests. Special thanks to Jajo, who followed us throughout the whole stay and made sure any of our needs was met, plus proactively proposed us activities to do. Dinner and Breakfast were amazing, with food variety and extremely high quality across all selections, on top of being served at breathtaking location right next to the lake. For sure one of the best experience we’ve ever had.

Lila palace on the edge of the lake a prime top tier hotel resort in Udaipur . Service is one of the best we ever experienced. We live in the USA for the past 45 yrs and been in 60 countries . The moment you arrive at Lila Palace live music, falling rose petals welcomes you . Rooms are grandiose. Lobbies, walkways are breathtaking. 24 hrs boat service is available for you . We never had to wait more than 5 mins for our boat ride . Free variety chat service at the evening is tasteful. We enjoyed very much .
