The facilities throughout the hotel are first-class — from the serene spa and stylish rooftop bar to the in-house cinema and well-equipped gym. However, what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service we received. Their attentiveness, warmth, and personal touches made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Dining at the Panorama Restaurant was another highlight. Aptly named, it offers breathtaking views over Cork city, making every meal a visual and culinary delight. The food was consistently outstanding — fresh, creative, and beautifully presented. We came to The Montenotte with very high expectations, and yet they were not only met but completely exceeded. The level of care, attention to detail, and the genuine hospitality we experienced left a lasting impression. We left feeling truly special, already planning our return. We have stayed in some amazing hotels, but this one truly stands out. The staff was exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the most exciting places. Overall, it was an excellent experience that surpassed all expectations. Employees make it happen in all areas. Food is also amazing.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. All staff members were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was perfect. And they even left little chocolates for us every evening. On top of all this, the location was beyond walkable. My wife and I frequently walked into town for lunch and dinner.
