We had such an enjoyable time staying right in the heart of Temple bar area. This hotel was clean, accommodating, and so kind. Every person handled any instance quickly and professionally. The cleaning stuff was absolutely top-notch. They come in and do a cleanup of your room every single day. We were beyond happy with our stay. The rooms are definitely tight, but if you maneuver your stuff properly it fits perfectly.
Our stay at the Morgan hotel was nothing short of wonderful! I cannot speak enough to how hospitable the service was, especially Anna Luisa at the front desk. From local restaurant recommendations to attending to our every need when we passed through the lobby, she was stellar. I appreciated as well hotel key access as a security feature late into the night from the outside of the hotel. Rooms had comfortable amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!!
Overall, a decent stay with some pros and cons. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything was very clean, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. The hotel looks more impressive in photos than in real life, but it was still fine. The elevator is quite small and slow, which might be inconvenient during busy hours. Staff were generally okay, though one shorter guy with dark hair stood out, he was especially kind and helpful, much more than the rest. It can get quite noisy at night due to the central location, but we didn’t mind much since we were exhausted after long days of sightseeing and fell asleep quickly. The location is definitely a highlight, you’re right in the heart of the city. Just keep in mind that this comes with noise. Breakfast was quite ordinary, typical hotel fare. I didn’t particularly enjoy it, but it did the job. In my opinion, you’re mostly paying for the location, and that’s exactly what you get.
