Amazing experience! The hotel is brand new and has very modern and stylish facilities. I have experienced everything (breakfast, dinner, pool and the spa) and was impressed with the high standards and top notch quality of all. The highlight was however the service. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Mariem and Karim for the great recommendations and for giving me some insights of the Tunisian culture. Highly recommended! I didn’t want to leave!
Forget Other hotels in Tunis. If you want the royalty treatment, the Nine is the place to be. My wife and I decided to spend our first two nights after our wedding there and let me tell you, that from the first email exchange, they already got us. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is unmatched in Tunis. The rooms were on point, the food at the restaurant exquisite and the drinks from the bar were just perfect. The decor of the Nine is not only unique, but it's a mix of lots of elements that work beautifully together and blend into an impressive picture. Overall a 10/10 in everything. We will definitely be coming back. A big and special thank you for seif in reservations and Karim in the reception and restaurant, who in my book, put the bar very high up in terms of service, friendliness, professionalism and care. Keep doing what you're doing the Nine Team!!
I stayed at The Nine Lifestyle Experience in Tunis for three nights during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless and offers all the comfort you’d expect. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-equipped. It did take me a moment to figure out how to dim the lights, but the touchpad controls were intuitive once found. Breakfast is not a buffet, but you can choose from three set menus at reasonable prices. I tried all three: Formula 1 is quite light – ideal if you're not too hungry – while Formula 3 is generous and filling. The coffee was absolutely excellent, probably the best I’ve had in Tunis, and the fresh strawberry juice was a real treat. The only downside was the noise at night from the nearby N9 road. There were quite a few motorbike riders showing off their horsepower late at night. Thankfully, I had earplugs with me, so it didn't bother me too much. Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel – perfect for a business stay, especially if you’re prepared for a bit of city noise at night.
