The barista at the havus bar today had a very arrogant bad attitude and I waited for him for 10 minutes because he wasn't at the bar and he grabbed my glass with arrogance.

Rooms are old and outdated and seem like kids did all tile in bathroom. Food choise is very smal and not 5* as they say. Grill is dirty and like never been cleaned trust my words. We ate few days and got food pisoning whole family. Got sick from food and some of personal told us to never eat in cantina couse its not first time someone got poisoning. Beds are so dirty and i think they survived world war 2. Rooms have never been painted and and no carpets just ugly old floor. Bathroom u dont know if u came into oublic ore hotel room couse it like someting by the railway toilet just in hotel. Some personal were kind but people working in reception couldn't any english or german. It was horo of room, food, service and entire hotel. Just horrible old hotel with bacteria paradise pool. Beach by hotel is stones and u cant go in with kids or grown oerson. Bar is working like in breaks between and ice cream is like just one scoop per person and only one taste vanilla or chocolate. Nothing to do with kids resort as they have in their Bio just one slide 5meter and like all kids at sime tine there and its dirty as hell. I dont know who gave them permit to open and keep going . Dont choose this hotel for one day and worst for week or two u will cry.

Unfinished repair works in rooms. Everything is old and falls apart. We asked to give us another room right after we spent the first night in our initial room after check-in. Though the tour operator informed the hotel that this was our honeymoon (Thankfully, it actually wasn't. We were just hoping to get a better room) the room initially provided was in a semi underground area with cardboard walls from one side and some storage area full of trash and junk and a "bonus" was the fact that you could hear every flash of the toilets from above. Also not sure that they were changing the towels in the room after room cleaning. It seemed they were just aranging the same towels. The general state of the hallways is also far from acceptable. But this is not the worst. The part I did NOT really like was the filfines of the restaurants and the bars. Everything seemed dirty and gross. You always had to overcome the vomiting impulses when being there. I would really rate this place to be a 2 stars hotel and by no means a 4 or 5 starts like they claim. Do NOT recommend it to anyone. Only for free.
