The Palms Turks and Caicos

We just returned from a 5 night stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The softest and whitest sand we’ve ever experienced and the water is crystal clear and turquoise. It feels like a postcard everywhere you look. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. Our butler, Clive, deserves a special shout out for making our trip so smooth & providing over & above service. He was a pleasure to work with and went over and above for our family to make sure we had everything we needed. The Garden (breakfast spot) has a great selection & service there was wonderful too. We were able to eat at both SiSi and Parallel 23 and throughly enjoyed both. Great resort that is gorgeous and family friendly. The pool area can be a little crowded & it can be tough to get chairs there but there is plenty of room at the beach. Would return here & would recommend to friends & family.

From the moment we arrived at The Palms Resort, we were blown away by its breathtaking beauty. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and overlooking crystal-clear waters, the entire property feels like a slice of paradise. The landscaping, architecture, and natural views are absolutely stunning — perfect for both relaxation and photo ops. Our suite was huge, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room, with high-end furnishings, a spacious layout, and every amenity you could possibly need. We slept like royalty every night. The food and service exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented — whether we were dining at the restaurant, enjoying room service, or grabbing a bite poolside. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, adding so much to the overall experience. And the spa — what a dream! From massages to facials, everything was top-tier. The amenities throughout the resort, including the pools, fitness center, and beach access, were all exceptionally well-maintained and inviting. The Palm Resort is a true gem. If you’re looking for a beautiful, luxurious escape with impeccable service and top-notch amenities, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s truly amazing. Pool , beach and the resort . Food is great but there’s very few options . Only two restaurants and two shops . Kind of disappointed. The beach is beautiful and the views are beautiful., need more entertainment and food . Rooms were nice. Everything was clean and maintained. The breakfast was truly amazing. They had so much food to choose from , buffet style. The palms sister resorts , which the resort offers free shuttle services. They had wonderful restaurants that I highly recommend. 10 minute walk to shops . Definitely would come back.
