Stunning views from the balcony and exceptionally friendly staff who were kind and helpful. When I visited, I wasn’t aware that Pak Chong lacks regular Grab or taxi services. However, the reception staff went above and beyond to assist us, arranging taxis to every destination we needed. very thankful for all the staff at the reception and breakfast area for being so helpful in amazing to make the stay as best as possible
Great tasting breakfast and location not too far and not too near town, ready with all the necessary services nearby walking distance. Only downside is the entry from the frontal main road is very small, and quite crowded during peak hours. Most probably suitable for those driving here with own transport. Working in room wifi with dedicated router. A few international plug ready port, just awkwardly vertical place with a light switch together, won't work if you have large charger that don't extend. Fridge that keeps my ice cream cold frozen even when I m not in the room for whole day. Very nice view for mountain side. Large 7-11 nearby 5 mins walk, also a massage spa next to it. And bunches of local street food vendors selling local price.
The hotel is clean, but the overall quality of service needs improvement. The breakfast selection is uninspiring, and the herbal tea offering was misleading—it was merely hot water without any actual tea. The dining experience at Lume was inconsistent; my first order was delightful, but the second time, the same dish had a completely different taste. Additionally, the hotel staff was unable to provide clear information regarding the differences between room types with varying prices, making it difficult to make an informed decision
