The Phu Beach Hotel SHA Plus

I absolutely loved the place! From the moment I arrived, it felt like a perfect blend of charm and comfort. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and every corner had something unique to offer. Whether it was the stunning views, the cozy ambiance, or the friendly people, everything came together to create an unforgettable experience. I genuinely felt at home and can't wait to return.

Amazingly maintained property. Clean rooms, nice pool and spacious rooms. Only drawback is the location is too far from Ao Nang beach but they provide free shuttle daily four times so that's fine to catch up on sight seeing. Very limited breakfast option for Indian food, would be great to have 1-2 more varieties.

SUNDAY 8/6/25 Checked in on 8/6/25, was very unhappy. Firstly on the way to hotel room, there is no covered walkway, was soaked as it was raining heavily. What kind of design of a hotel is this ?👎🏾 Then to my room (201) Room was smelly as the toilet smell of yesterday urine🧐👎🏾 Then when i wanna take my bath there is no towel, i need to go to the cashier to get the tower & got wet again. 👎🏾 Later about to sleep i wanna brush my teeth😕No tooth brush.👎🏾 What kind of hotel hospitality is this???. Will the manager incharge take note of such incidents. ALSO, breakfast area NO AIRCON was sweating having my breakfast. another👎🏾 I never like to say or complain & give negative remarks & review. BUT THIS IS THE TRUTH (FACTS) Left with a VERY BAD TASTE😒 Five 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
