The Postcard Dewa Thimphu

This was my first visit to Bhutan, and staying at Postcard Dewa made it truly unforgettable. The property is a perfect blend of luxury and serenity - tucked amidst pine forests with views that calm the soul. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. It felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to Subir (F&B Head) and Shikha (Associate Director - Operations), who went above and beyond to ensure instant fulfilment of every wish and whim of every member of our group. From the stunning location to the delicious food and seamless service, every detail was spot on. Everyone in our group was blown away by the experience. Postcard Dewa isn’t just a hotel - it’s a heartfelt experience. Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible all around. The rooms are huge with excellent amenities and the service is just beyond any other hotel in Bhutan. This is a boutique hotel, the staff all cater to your every need. At Como and Aman you’ll find chain hotels that are very nice but more commercialized, whereas Postcard is just so personal and catering. They literally will bend over backwards for you. I couldn’t recommend this property more. And the food was amazing!!!! Added photos of our breakfast - simple yogurt and scrambled eggs made incredibly fancy and delicious!!

Really wonderful hotel. The service was excellent, and the food was top notch and incredibly attentive. We were a bunch of Americans overseas for Thanksgiving, and the chef and team made us a special meal and even a tiny apple pie in our rooms. Felt like everyone here went above and beyond.
