The President Hotel at Chokchai 4

We booked a room with twin beds for 6 nights and the experience was overwhelmingly possible. Just our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly in these days, the rest was okay. Also there are big cockroaches roaming the parking area at night, which for me was a bit of a shocker.

Wifi is slow, toilet didn’t have hot water. No proper chair to sit and eat food. No side desk near bed. Breakfast isn’t best. But at least the bed was fine. Coming back from Krabi, i paid the same price and that hotel was perfect. So maybe my expectations are high but was just disappointed with the hotel.

We booked a suite for three people, but the experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, and everything was covered in dust as if it hadn’t been cleaned in over a month. Exhausted from our night bus from Chiang Mai, I lay down on the bed, only to find the sheets were filthy and smelled awful. My dad even found a hair in his bed. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the shower. We were so tired that we took a short nap, but the conditions were unacceptable. As soon as we woke up, my dad decided we were leaving. We ended up paying a high price for a dirty room and didn’t even stay the night. Would not recommend.
