Had an excellent stay at Proud Hotel! They generously upgraded my Deluxe Room to an Executive Suite, which was spacious and luxurious. The service was outstanding, and the staff was always helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay!
Have stayed there twice, Highly recommend, very hospitable staff members, from the receptionist Mr Muhammed to the helpers. All add very well mannered and very welcoming. The hygiene in the rooms is top notch.
On my first interaction with this hotel, I called the restaurant to request buffet service. I was told they would provide a menu, but after waiting 40 minutes, I was surprised to learn that they don't actually offer buffet service. Poor customer service
