Look great from the photos, but upon closer inspection, you’ll uncover a different story. It’s a new building, but you can already feel the uneven floor in the room. The lamp fixtures are poorly installed, and the towel holders wobble. The sofa is cheaply made and has a big stain on it. One of the three elevators was out of service, and the elevator itself was very small. It didn’t have air conditioning either. When we returned to our room, the curtains were open, and the room felt like a sauna. The buffet breakfast was also strange. More than half of the food was heavy and not what people would typically have for breakfast (like naan bread and curry or Cream Alfredo). The only positive aspect was the rooftop pool, but it was closed for maintenance and it was announced just one day before our check-in date. If we had known earlier, we might have changed our plans. The staff was attentive and helpful, but we won’t be returning to this hotel.
The hotel has a lot of great qualities: it’s clean, spacious, modern, and the breakfast is excellent. The view from the restaurant is truly stunning, and overall, the first night of my stay was very pleasant (although I checked in at 1 am) However, my experience on the second day took a different turn. When I checked in late at night (around 1 a.m.), everything went smoothly, but the following day I noticed some issues with the management and staff responsiveness during busier hours. It seemed that the front desk was overwhelmed, and unfortunately, the service suffered because of it. That evening, I was working and having meetings in my room when I encountered a noise issue. The walls are quite thin, and I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. I contacted the front desk multiple times asking for assistance, but no one ever followed up. When I left the room to try working from the reception area, I found it to be quite chaotic. There were several guests raising concerns (I overheard mentions of water leaks, and I personally experienced some minor flooding in the bathroom). The lobby wasn’t a viable workspace either, so I had to work outside the hotel for over an hour before returning to my room, only to find the noise continuing. Ultimately, I felt I had no choice but to check out at midnight and move to another hotel (I asked to move but is was full). Thankfully, the hotel processed a refund without issue. To be fair, the hotel has a lot of potential, and I wouldn’t discourage others from staying here. Just be aware that if something does go wrong during a busy period, you might not receive the support you’d expect. Hopefully, my experience was just an isolated case
Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. On the day of check-in, it was raining and to my surprise, the ceiling and window in the room were leaking. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt unsafe. The reception staff were not friendly at all – very cold and unwelcoming, with no smiles. It really made us feel like we were a burden rather than guests. The shower was also problematic – the water temperature kept fluctuating and would suddenly turn scalding hot without warning, which was dangerous and frustrating. The toilet was difficult to use – the flush button was extremely hard to press and didn’t work smoothly. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was very noisy and kept us up at night. It made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.
