The Raga Side All Inclusive Adults Only

I truly say that I can't fault this hotel. Unlike many all- inclusive hotels it truly was all- inclusive. You'd struggle to spend anything. In the first week of May, when they are clearly training young staff up ( after the last two years of the pandemic), nothing was lacking. Friendly, cheerful service was given in the busy main Dining room where it was buffet choice combined with the table App order services. The buffet dining choice was imaginative and well presented with some theme nights, I counted Turkish, Latin/ Mexican, Asian. Plus the nice surprises at the feature table, one night was all handmade chocolates! One night there was a huge cheese board, another was a superbly arranged cold seafood buffet. The breakfast features an inhouse baked pastries section. Omelettes and Turkish menemem made to order. The indoor and outdoor bars are well served, as are the very clean poolside lounges by the QR App. The main hotel is set back via a small street from the beach bar and entertainment area and the hotel beach sunbeds. A great place to be for the afternoon. We strolled 15mins along the main beach promenade to the Old Side and decided the hotel was perfectly located to enjoy that area as well as the beach. Reception, guest services were all very helpful, and the rooms perfectly clean. Trying to decide how soon we can get back there!

Spent a wonderful week in Raga near Side. We booked the Front Beach with a sea view. A small disappointment was that we had a room (3005) downstairs, but as in the picture there was a small sea view. Early in the morning at 7.30am the kitchen next to the rooms started working and the hallway smelled of cooking. (If we book the hotel again, we will prefer upper floors.) The food was excellent and choosing food using the app was a brilliant idea. The entertainment program was the best I have ever experienced. The beach was also very well maintained and the lifeguard does an excellent job. What I found stressful on holiday was the beach towel changing; this was only possible until 6pm in the spa area (main building). I would have liked to have used the beach longer and dinner isn't until 6.30pm and the room was on the beach, so I had to walk to the main house at 5.30pm to change the beach towel on time, back to the beach room to prepare dinner and then back to the main house to eat dinner. I had thought that I would have to change the beach towel the next day after breakfast, but I had a small argument with the manager of the spa area because that's not how it works, everyone hands in their towel before 6pm and the laundry was supposed to have played a role too. Which I didn't understand at all. In conclusion, they need to be more flexible in this area, the spa is open from 8am-7pm and you could also change the beach towel during that time.
