Currently staying at Renaissance Cochin, and I must say—this visit to Kochi has been nothing short of extraordinary. The hospitality here has truly elevated the experience. A special shout-out to the remarkable staff, especially Nancy, who went above and beyond in making my stay comfortable. As someone who’s lactose intolerant, I had requested almond milk. Although the hotel didn’t stock it initially, Nancy personally ensured it was arranged for me. That level of thoughtfulness and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Nancy, for being a gracious host and for showcasing what true hospitality looks like.
Stayed with family for two days. Excellent location if you are not with a car. Metro is so close. There is a wonderful cafe and a set of good restaurants in the ground floor.Ample parking in spite of being in a prime location.
Went for a marriage reception. There was ample car parking space for atleast 50 cars which was unexpected since the location was near Palarivattom metro station. The hall was big with outdoor area also available and a separate dining hall. All in all, it is an excellent choice.
