The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service is so high that it's hard to find a hotel where it's as good. I asked for a cake for my husband, who was celebrating his birthday the next day, and at midnight he arrived with a cake and a gift from the hotel. The breakfasts are so delicious that it's a shame to even leave the rooms in the morning, surrounded by a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are large and spacious, with a huge bathroom and bathtub, and that breathtaking view of the city. Upstairs is the brilliant Ozone Bar, where you can enjoy top-notch drinks and heavenly food. Everything was perfect, even the room cleaning was so thorough that I've never experienced a room so clean. Thank you, and see you next time.

WOW! I have stayed at many Ritz properties all over the world and this one is my new favorite. The views cannot be beat, as this is the tallest hotel in Hong Kong at nearly 1,700 ft. The kindness and hospitality at this property is second-to-none. It is that good. Rooms are spectacular and you can tell each and every employee takes pride in what they do. Go to Ozone on the 118th floor for a quick bite and some cocktails, the food is amazing and the service is even better. We felt like royalty at this property and an experience we will never forget.

Amazing would have to be an understatement. This place is amazing and beyond what you could think. From the soap to the service, everything is impeccable. Shout out to Naima and Devina for memorizing what we like for breakfast and always top-notch service and always having a smile on their face no matter what. You don’t have to call room service twice to remind them what you want and they come within five minutes. I also wanted to thank Maddy for the exceptional lobby service, always answering our questions whenever we needed him and always putting a smile on his face. This hotel is so good to the point where even the window washing guys are nice. I wish I could stay here forever. Breakfast is so good they have everything you could possibly wish for and more. This place is so clean to the point where they vacuum your chair with a Dyson after you’re done breakfast you’d never see that anywhere else. This place truly makes you stay a vacation. Don’t hesitate with this hotel it’s truly sensational.
