I had an absolutely wonderful stay at. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were exceptional. Sahem assisted us and went above and beyond to make sure every need was met, always with a warm smile and genuine care. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed with luxurious amenities.
I felt very welcomed at this hotel. The staff were articulate in understanding demands, and were hardworking. The food there is very average though. For the price, I would imagine something a bit fancier. Moreover, I felt the hotel was a bit outdated too, it doesn't feel modernized as I anticipated. Overall, great experience and worth giving it a try! 😊
Expect very long wait times at check in and average service for the price range... I arrived at the hotel at 3:15 pm and received my room at 5:40 pm for no obvious reason or explanation from front desk. Also made a special request as I am celebrating an occasion during my stay but was disappointed. The room and facilities are good to be fair. So stay here if you want a classic luxury hotel with below average guest experience for the price.
