5 Stars Excellent Service and Memorable Stay! We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and had a wonderful experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff from valet to the front desk, restaurant, and room service offered outstanding hospitality. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. I want to give a special shout-out to Nicolas at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even better. His warm welcome and exceptional service did not go unnoticed Thank you, Nicolas! The only unfortunate part of our stay was that my husband accidentally left his ring in the room at checkout, and unfortunately, it was never found. That was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and would definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

Sharing this review on my first night here. Keep in mind I have stayed at Ritz Half Moon Bar, Ritz Aruba and others. I arrive with my three kids one with a fever and husband a few hours behind us working. We are from east coast. Our room is ready on arrival. Unfortunately my middle son is super sick and we can’t explore. I was able to check out the store while my 12 year old Daughter watched the boys. No liquid Tylenol. They had someone from the hotel go out and but liquid Tylenol and liquids for my son. If that isn’t customer service I don’t know what is. Haven’t even mentioned the amazing views and property. So happy with this top notch service.
