Wonderful experience at the Ritz. The location is unbeatable and the amenities great. The staff is genuinely wonderful and extremely attentive. I fell quite sick and had to extend my stay by a few days - the staff was super attentive in arranging medical visits and medicines. The breakfast staff is exceptional and super kind and attentive. I am truly grateful to them for their kindness during a difficult time.

The Ritz-Carlton in Vienna truly deserves its 5-star rating. Although it’s a historic hotel, the service is exceptional, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with all the amenities you might need. The dining experience is also impressive, offering a great selection of delicious food. A luxurious and memorable stay overall.
