The room was great and quiet, the pool area was nice when there were no kids screaming which kill the vibe. Service was good and professional the whole time. The bathroom was clean with excellent water pressure, and overall, had a great experience. A few minor issues: the pool was closed one afternoon due to a private event which i find odd that clients cant use the pool area that they’ve paid for, also there was some construction noise nearby that disrupted the vibe and the pillows were too soft. Wifi was weak.
I have stayed here twice in the last 6 months, when being in Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful & the staff are just superb! Especially Torn & Sum, their help is greatly appreciated!! The rooms are beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you need for your stay! The rooftop pool is quiet and far away from the hustle and bustle of the city! Just perfect!! Will definitely be staying here every time I am in Bangkok!

The location is perfect – conveniently situated near everything I needed, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. The service was outstanding. Every request was met with a smile, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and effortless. I can’t say enough good things about this place – it exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a hotel with top-notch service, an excellent location, and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further. I’ll definitely be coming back!
