We stayed a few nights at The Saxby Hotel in Skegness and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Wendy and Paul, the owners, are absolutely lovely they made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. The room was really clean, comfy, and had everything we needed tea and coffee stuff, a decent hairdryer, and a nice TV. The bed was really comfortable too. Breakfast was spot on! Proper full English that was cooked fresh. Good choice of cereal, fruit, yogurts and pastries. Location wise was perfect it’s in a quiet street but still just a short walk to the beach and the centre of town, so it was easy to get around without needing the car all the time. We’d definitely stay here again it had a really warm, relaxed vibe and you can tell the owners genuinely care about making your stay a good one. 100% recommend! Kurt and Heather.
Location was excellent, Paul and Wendy were lovely hosts. Inside was more like 5***** hotel it was spotless rooms were decorated beautifully,had everything you needed in them. Breakfast was excellent Would definitely recommend staying there and we will be back . Dale
Paul & Wendy are great hosts. The rooms are clean & a great size too. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk to the clocktower & all the beachfront stuff. A great hotel & experience.
