The Shore Club Turks and Caicos

Our family had a dreamy & relaxing vacation at this five-star hotel! It was the perfect mix of chill and excitement. Of course the beach is beautiful, but we also really loved our time enjoying the pool and the grounds as well. We also had wonderful meals at the restaurants. My kids really loved the boat and jet ski rentals & the fun time on the beach. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! The proximity from our room to the beach was phenomenal! Especially with kids- we could essentially go from the beach to our room in less than a minute in case we forgot things, etc. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed all the amenities available to us. We also loved that the location was on the opposite side of Grace Bay. The non-stop breeze helped quell the heat so sitting on our patio was always relaxing. Beautiful sunrises every morning and ability to watch the kite surfers and windsurfers was awesome! Thank you Shore Club for a wonderful vacation- we will be back!

I had the absolute worst service during the check in/out process as well as when attempting to use concierge services. I feel as though negative reviews are being hidden because I witnessed another couple being treated the same way when I was at check out and they were coming in. I made 3 requests to have my daughters graduation celebrated by the staff and was unable to make it happen. At dinner or waiter brought her bananas foster smiling and says "Congratulations. This is our gift to you". I was then charged for the dessert. I paid for it without question of course but definitely left salty. The rooms are nice. The beach and grounds are beautiful. Housekeeping was great and very helpful since we were not given a tour or explanations on any amenities at check in. They both took their time trying to help me navigate which was amazing since it is not technically their job. I expected so much more "sparkle" given the cost and 5 star appointment. This was my second visit to T&C so obviously I recommend this destination. I'd just be more likely to choose another resort instead.
