⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The kindness and warm hospitality from the hotel team were unmatched — truly the best I’ve experienced before. The birthday arrangement for my husband was perfect and unforgettable. Our spacious, spotless room was kept extremely clean, and I loved the in-bathroom speakers connected to the TV so we could enjoy music while showering — such a luxurious touch! The breakfast was excellent, the coffee shop served delicious ice cream, and we had a great time at the swimming pool. Dinners at the hotel restaurants were outstanding. Thank you for the late check-out and for making every detail perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

What a pristine experience our stay at the St. Regis was! We stayed for 11 nights, and how I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Absolutely amazing, nothing was short of extraordinary; very nice and luxurious hotel, very neat, clean, and very well kept. But putting all that aside; I whole heartedly know that our experience wouldn’t be this memorable if it wasn’t for the staff. I’ve been personally moved by how kind, nice, eloquent, friendly, accommodating, and hospitable every member we interacted with was. I enjoyed my conversations with Danel from the Butler services and I appreciate all her help and assistance. Joie and Lamya from the adventure hub were more than amazing and my 2 daughters loved going and spending time with them. I remember Ali, Saeed, and Francis from the lobby who were so very nice. Ms. Kaira (I hope I got the name right) from the front desk was extremely attentive and I appreciate it so much. Ryan and his kindness and smile. The lifeguards, the security and the hard working guys around the pool, and the guys at the pool bar, thank you guys so much, you made us feel welcome and comfortable. Deepa from housekeeping was such a sunshine; her sweet and bright smile is one I will forever remember. And last but not least, the team at Zorba where we had breakfast everyday! Seeing them was such a great start of the day. Susika and her words of affirmation every morning are like a mantra I’d forever repeat to myself now. Joy and his welcoming and attentive smile. Michael and the amazing French toast he recommended and made sure I had warm and toasty every single day. Hamzeh’s attentiveness and care for our daughters. Prity who was calm and pretty.
