The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort

From the moment we arrived at the St. Regis Cap Cana, we were welcomed with the kind of warmth and attentiveness that turns a beautiful trip into an unforgettable experience. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—from the friendly smiles at reception to the thoughtful touches from housekeeping and the impeccable service at every restaurant. We visited for my husband’s birthday, and the team truly made it unforgettable. They went above and beyond to celebrate him—even creating a private table overlooking the pool at Marola, complete with thoughtful touches that made the evening feel magical. As a vegan, I was amazed by how accommodating the staff was in every space. From custom dishes to creative menu adjustments, they ensured I always had something delicious and beautifully presented, no matter where we dined. The stunning location and elegant amenities provided the perfect backdrop, but it was the gracious, caring staff that made this stay extraordinary. We left feeling refreshed, celebrated, and already dreaming of our return.

Stayed three nights recently. This hotel is new and stunning. The rooms, landscaping, pools, amenities are fantastic. Low occupancy as this hotel was still new. I have no doubt that when the residences are open, this place will be buzzing during the busy season. Service is excellent throughout. We visited all restaurants (except for the Amber Room) and found the food to be pretty good (can be further improved). The food and service Nina are top notch.

Just returned from a beautiful stay at the St. Regis in Cap Cana. The location is truly spectacular beachfront, peaceful, and immaculately designed. The service was top-notch across the board, from the butlers to the housekeeping team. Rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the overall vibe felt very elevated and serene. That said, the dining options felt a bit limited for a resort of this caliber, and we noticed that some restaurants closed earlier than their posted hours, which was disappointing on a few nights. If you’re looking for a luxurious, quiet escape with excellent service and stunning surroundings, this is a great choice just be prepared for a more limited food scene.
