St. Regis Hong Kong is truly on another level. We’ve stayed at a number of high-end properties around the world, and this experience stands out as one of the best. From check-in to morning breakfast to the gym, the service was consistently outstanding. Special mention to Citra in the Drawing Room — she is exceptional. I casually asked the front desk about a flower they had on display, and later that afternoon, one was delivered to our room along with a hand-drawn picture and a personalized note. It was such a thoughtful touch. They also surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife’s birthday, delivered right to our room. What amazed us most was how every staff member seemed to remember our names — a detail that made the experience feel incredibly personal. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the fitness center is top-notch. The pool is smaller but very nice; if there’s one small improvement, it would be adding a hot tub.
