The St. Regis Mexico City

Nestled in the heart of town, this location is no different from the historic castles and buildings that call Mexico City their home. It is luxurious. But what sets it apart is the immaculate level of service provided to its patrons. The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring that the stay is memorable and pleasant. The summer cool breeze of Mexico City makes this location even better. The third floor outdoor secret garden is worth spending some quality time. The kitchen and food quality is par excellence. Fantastic 5 star hotel in the heart of Mexico City. The location is just on the outskirts of Polanco and within walking distance to many museums and restaurants. Rooms are very nice and the hotel is very well kept but the place in some places is showing its age. Nice gym, great breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel staff were incredible. We traveled here after a wedding and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I read reviews that it wasn’t super kid friendly, which makes sense because it’s in the business district. Our experience didn’t reflect that. They setup a tent for the kids on our last night there, had a kids club they enjoyed multiple times, a pool (which wasn’t exactly a kid pool but they enjoyed it). I would recommend this hotel to anyone venturing to Mexico City for pleasure or business!
