Clean and modern. Everything feels new. Shower is strong and hot even if standing space was a bit small. No bathtub. Washing machine and dryer work effectively. Bring your own detergent. Staff were pleasant from the outset to check-out and always smiling. They happily accommodated my requests. Double bed, 27th floor. Sheets changed when requested. Iron and board provided when requested. Complimentary water always provided daily but would have liked the tea bags to be refilled every time. Gym and lounge facility present. Overall very positive experience. Location: in the middle of a wet market; approximately 10 min walk from North Point station (through another wet market), which is less convenient if compared to other hotels in North Point. However there is good access to bus and tram on King’s Road, arguably even better than other hotels closer to the promenade. There are buses nearby to all parts of HK Island including Central, and to Kowloon, and Airport via A11 and A12. Lobby: need to take two separate lifts the get from ground floor to room, passing the reception on 1st floor every time. Overall a very positive experience, especially considering the nightly rate (good value). Will return.

Booked a family suite for 3 adults, was a good size, modern and very clean. The in room washing machine + dryer was helpful. The little touches were nice -provided canned water, umbrella in the room, slippers. Please note they take a hold of 2000hkd on check in which is returned about 7 days later. The only downside is that the location requires a 7-8 minute walk to MTR (north point) and have to walk through a busy local market - which can be difficult in the heat of summer and if carrying luggage. I would recommend Uber/taxi from the airport. Overall, was super comfortable and worth the price.

Rooms are clean and modern. Minimalist kind of setup. Wifi is decent. Front desk is helpful and responsive.
