Thank you for having us. The loft room was great for our family stay. The location is great, the hotel is immaculate and has everything we needed. A walk to street food / markets or to bus and train stops. We flew in early and flew out late - and the customer service was fantastic allowing early check in and late check out. I’ll be recommending to any friends/family visiting Singapore.

The room is very nice and they have many photos about the hotel before and after, can feel the history from the photos. We stayed here with our baby, we can push the baby stroller from outside to our room. They also have a restaurant that offers good food.

i stayed at this hotel previously this year with little to no complaints as the overall experience was pleasant. unfortunately on (13/07/2025) was not a positive one, especially our check-in experience. the receptionist who assisted me was not welcoming in the slightest. her demeanor was cold and frankly felt judgmental. rather than offering a warm, friendly greeting as anyone would expect in the hospitality industry, she came across as bitter and dismissive. the service provided did not reflect the values of customer-facing roles as i felt that my concerns and questions were met with an authoritative attitude rather than a willingness to assist. i hope this can be addressed. i understand that everyone has off days but i feel this behavior is not in line with the standards your hotel likely strives to maintain.
