The Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort

We had a fantastic time at The Sutton Place Hotel in Revelstoke. The location is unbeatable—right at the base of the gondola for true ski-in/ski-out access. The upgraded two bedroom suite that we stayed was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with a full kitchen. The outdoor hot tubs, pool and sauna were perfect after a day hiking up the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for both ski trips and summer mountain getaways!

My family and I stayed here twice during our road trip from AB to BC recently and both experiences were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and in particular, Zubin was outstanding! He was so friendly and professional. He welcomed my 3 dogs so nicely and he also provided the sweetest little doggy bandanas for them! Our rooms both times were amazing and very spacious. I love how there was a washer/dryer, which was so handy. There is also a large mud room where you can store your suitcases and not take up space in the main room. I love how there were two tvs (one in the living room area, and one in the bedroom). The bathrooms were awesome as there were double sinks with enough sink space for skincare products (ladies, we know the struggle with limited counter space in hotels!). The entire room felt like a little apartment and the bed was so comfortable!! I would 100% stay here again and have told my friends and family about this hotel. Thanks for making both of our stays so comfortable and thank you for making us feel right at home!

Was really looking forward to a romantic getaway with my husband for our 12 year anniversary. However, upon checking into our room, there was vomit on the sofa. And some utensils in the kitchen were not cleaned. And it left us thinking what else isn’t clean in the room? Unfortunately because we checked in at 10 PM there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to provide us much assistance in regards to cleaning the sofa and the utensils. The vomit was absolutely disgusting. We put a towel over it and try not to think about it but it was there and we knew it was there. Made it really difficult to be romantic with each other. After a 9 Hour drive to Revelstoke it was definitely a disappointment. When we notified the front staff in the morning they said there was not much they could do. I understand there wasn’t much they could’ve perhaps done in regards to our experience the night before, but they could’ve done something nice for us to make up for it. We decided to leave Revelstoke. Don’t think we’ll be coming back here again. Which is really unfortunate because we did spend over 400 and something odd dollars for the room. And did not get what we wanted out of it. Just beware that the cleaning staff rush clean the rooms and definitely miss out on some big details.
