The hotel also offers additional amenities, including a fitness center and meeting rooms, catering to both leisure and business travelers. Although the Wi-Fi can be slow at times, it doesn’t detract from the overall experience. Stayed for 4 nights during an official mission. The hotel offers an excellent and relaxing environment with lush green views, several lakes and ponds, a beautiful swimming pool, and a well-equipped, spacious gym. I stayed in a suite room, which was large, comfortable, and had a stunning view. Amenities were overall good, though I was surprised to find there was no safe-deposit in that room. The hotel staff were generally courteous and helpful, especially at the restaurant—where the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the team was genuinely friendly. However, the front desk seemed understaffed. Despite paying the bill upfront, I was asked to pay again at check-out, which created some confusion. Additionally, the check-out time was rigid and not flexible. Overall, a great place to stay with room for improvement in front desk service and check-out procedures.
nice rooms, good breakfast and a sunny pool. I chose a lake view room expecting a nice view but it's not so nice. The room I stayed was very spacious, had twin beds only. I couldn't remember why they couldn't provide a king bed but it's such a drawback for me since I want a larger bed to sleep in. Not a place I would like to return though.
