The Tree of Life Resort & Spa Jaipur

Had a really good time. Property has a very rustic yet hygienic. Beautiful peacocks in and around the property and we spotted owls as well. Indian and rajasthani food was delicious. Very child friendly, food and milk was very well managed. It is definitely not senior citizen/wheel chair friendly, could use more variety on the breakfast menu and all day in room dining. Beautiful pool but safety and amenities could use an improvement.

Tree of Life Resort Stay! We recently stayed at Tree of Life for the second time, and overall, it was a peaceful and rejuvenating experience once again. The Royal Champa Villa was nothing short of exquisite—spacious, beautifully designed, and truly makes you feel like royalty. Being so close to nature, with a private pool and serene surroundings, added immensely to the charm of our stay. A special shoutout to Sana Khan for the warm welcome. Her thoughtful gesture of giving welcome and goodbye gifts to the kids truly made our experience extra special and memorable. It’s touches like these that bring guests back. However, I must highlight a few areas that were disappointing this time around. The restaurant service during high tea was poorly managed. Despite it being 5 PM, we weren’t served tea or even acknowledged, as the staff seemed completely occupied with a large group of guests. It felt rather unfair and unprofessional, especially considering the premium pricing of the resort. Additionally, the in-room dining experience left a lot to be desired. We received a raita that was far too salty to consume—something so basic shouldn’t have gone wrong at a resort of this level. While we love the property and its ambiance, the service needs serious attention. At the price point you’re charging, guests rightfully expect much more in terms of consistency and hospitality. We hope to see improvements on our next visit.

Ok this is a long overdue review! Around Covid time I had booked this accommodation as it was my first time traveling to India and during the nature of that time of where covid was I wasn’t able to stay at this accommodation I paid $613.20 nzd I kindly requested a refund even if it was partial because I had been tested positive for covid and was unable to travel to Jaipur. I was in a foreign country and felt so disappointed with how these people communicated. It was like daylight robbery! They were so unprofessional and made me feel like I’m trying to steal what already belonged to me. I explained to them the situation and under no compassionate grounds or understanding they even cared and was just greedy to take money from foreigners. I had a prestige’s hotel Double tree by Hilton that refunded my money in full where as these guys were just being difficult. It was my fault for even paying in advance but moving forward now I know never to pay anything in full cause there are scammers like these people who will take full advantage! Be careful pictures may look all pretty but in reality you will be catfished not only by the pictures but also by their scheming behaviour. Not impressed if anything it’s left a foul taste. Disappointing. Double tree by Hilton thank you for your honest approach. These people have no integrity and the way they would write the message was just appalling. I don’t write negative reviews this would be my first and even though it was 2 years ago I still feel so upset about this which is why I made sure I write this review to warn others when it comes to money and honesty. 0 stars if anything from me.
