The Trinity Hotel Taksim Special Category

The staff here are fantastic. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions about travel how to go by Train/ Boat/ Tram and where to buy souvenirs. They made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The room was great!, and the housekeeping team was kind and welcoming. Everything felt new, which makes sense since I found out the building is only three years old. There are just three rooms on each floor, which is a nice touch. The location is perfect for getting around, with easy access to a tram and two or three train lines. For the price, this place is an excellent value and I highly recommend it.

The biggest selling point by this hotel is the view. However, I suspected that only a few rooms on the top floor offer such a view. Indeed as I had expected, the room I stayed in on the second floor only had a view of the building across the street. Still, it was sufficient. I didn't expect much in terms of views from the start. I chose this hotel based on its location and price. The room is small but not bad. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub. Since it's on a lower floor, I could avoid the small elevator and use the stairs instead. What exceeded my expectations was the courteous and warm service provided by the young staff (Guneyu, Rezul, Elsin, and Abdullah

The hotel is very close to Taksim Square and Istiktal Street, both within a couple of minutes. Also close by is the Taksim rail station and funicular down to the water and Dolmabahce Palace. The infamous Red Tram runs nearby. The staff are very helpful and very nice. The room was kind of small, like the hotel, but it was very clean, well-maintained and modern. There was just enough room to walk around the bed, perfect if you are planning on just sleeping there, which was sufficient for us. Communication with the hotel was not great but hopefully this will improve. Overall, we would stay there again, no problem. It was quaint, in good repair, close to good transportation, close to many landmarks and the service was 5 stars.
