We were recommended this place to eat after a business meeting & were so impressed we have been 3 times now. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. They know their ingredients so well that ordering food to avoid allergens was made easy. They ticked my menu to help me. I was even more impressed that they had a dog free area to eat in. Big thank you for that. The grounds are immaculate, and the peacocks and water wheel with ferns were a joy. Just off the main drag, it is worth the few minutes detour for yummy wholesome food. Well worth booking as it gets busy. Go, eat and enjoy! (I can only speak of the food)
Came here to have dinner. Amazing place that can easily be missed off the road. A tranquil place for family/friends gatherings, really polite staff, food was really good. The vegetable lasagna was especially creative and full of flavour. Good selection of cheeses. Great experience!
Absolutely delightful location . Garden area leads down to a crystal clear stream. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Ample seating both in and outdoor and spacious car park. There are rooms available but didn't stay. Gorgeous peacocks wander about and also guinea fowl. A real treat.
