The Victoria Falls Deluxe Suites

Booked the superior double room with balcony. Absolutely enjoyed my entire stay. Room was clean and tidy, Aircon worked perfectly, breakfast was served every day and room was serviced every day. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It was also quite and private, hardly saw the other guests. Only down side was finding the location on the the first day as location given was not 100% accurate.

Really lovely rooms. The staff were supportive and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort.

A nice hotel with a garden and a restaurant. However, we had several issues. First our room was difficult to lock, so staff moved us to another one. Then we found out that there is no hot water to take a bath. We were moved to another room. And finally, when we came back from a tour during the day we were informed that the cleaning lady broke one of the wine bottles. We were very frustrated because we bought the wine for friends. The staff moved us to a luxury apartment and provided another wine bottled but it was not the same as we had. So all in total we were moved to 3 rooms... Breakfast is good and the restaurant staff was nice. Parking available on site.
