We stayed with my family for 5 nights. The hotel rooms were generally clean. The hotel has a contracted beach service at Pigale beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are free for hotel guests. The food was good and the staff was attentive, we especially thank Mr. Arif. The only problem is that the customers and some staff do not wear masks and the staff does not warn those who wear masks. Temperature measurement can be done at the entrance. Apart from these, the service we received was good.
Otel çalışanları çok kibar, Eşyalarınızı Aracınızdan odaya kadar taşıyıp gayet güleryüzlü karşılıyorlar,ilgi alakaları üst düzey. Oda temizliği Corona,dan dolayı çok dikkatli ve titiz yapılmış.
Sadece dışarıdan güzel görünen bir otel... Resepsiyonda gündüz duran çalışanın ilgisizliği, kahvaltının berbatlığı, terastaki havuzunda her yerde cam kırığı olması ve kullanılamaması. Bizi servisle plaja götürdüler plajda şemsiye ve şezlonglar kaldırılmış bıraktılar ve otele dolmuşla dönmek zorunda kaldık. Sahilde sabahlamanın bile bu otelde kalmaktan daha iyi olacağını düşünüyorum
