Wonderful hotel. They provided a shuttle to pick us up and take us to the metro rail. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good as well. The best part was the service. The staff made me feel like a VIP, and I am just an ordinary guest. Would definitely stay there again.
I stayed in room 533 – it was spacious and very clean. I really liked everything. The service was excellent, thank you! We came with friends and enjoyed it a lot. Definitely coming back to The Westin again! Let me know if you want a more formal or more casual version!
Overall, good experience! I liked the location, very quiet and not far from the metro at all. The room was nice, but there were stains on the bedsheets and some of the walls. The bathtub didn’t hold water that well either. The bed was comfortable though. Hotel service was overall friendly, but the Trademark had very slow service.
