Such a great staff, very welcoming. Really enjoyed all the amenities. Quiet and relaxing, easy enough to go into Taipei for the day and get back. They have a beautiful golf course you can see from your hotel balcony, not to mention the outdoor pools and lounge area. Very family-friendly from the game room to all the other amenities. Could not have asked for a better visit. You have to try the beef noodle soup 🍜
A Truly Wonderful Stay! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were warm and attentive and the amenities exceeded expectations. But what really made the stay unforgettable was the food — every meal was a delight! A special thank you to the chefs Rana and Anshul whose culinary skills are truly top-notch. They made Indian food to our liking and were so humble and kind. You can really taste the passion and creativity in every bite. The chef even took the time to accommodate dietary preferences with care and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you have small kids.
We stayed in suites for a family trip and overall it was very disappointing. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and our rooms weren’t ready until after 3:30. The cleanliness was not up to standard — one room had a strong unpleasant smell, especially in the bathroom, and I had to request pillowcases to change myself. Although the front desk Vodka was pleasant and staff were generally friendly, the rest of the experience was frustrating. Most restaurants were fully booked with no seating available, the pool area had very limited chairs, and even kids’ games required long waits. For the price and staying in a suite, I expected much higher standards. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money.
