The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa Mauritius

We recently stayed at the Westin Turtle Bay Resort and, overall, had a wonderful experience. The resort grounds are absolutely stunning, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every detail from the beach access to the poolside service made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered an incredible variety of options, with something to suit every taste. Everything we tried was delicious, and the quality and presentation were consistently excellent. The buffet spreads were particularly impressive, and the attention to dietary preferences was much appreciated. However, there were a few aspects that impacted the comfort of our visit. The room furniture felt quite outdated and could definitely use an upgrade to better match the otherwise modern and luxurious feel of the resort. Additionally, the fridge in our room was not cooling properly, which was inconvenient. The biggest downside was the unexpected maintenance work happening in the room next to us. There was drilling and painting going on, and we were surprised to hear loud construction noise, including drilling, as late as 8 PM on the day we arrived. This did affect the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for, especially after a long journey. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our time at the resort and appreciated the overall quality and service. We hope that these maintenance matters are temporary and that the room furnishings will be refreshed soon, as this would truly elevate the guest experience to match the five-star reputation of the Westin brand.

We had an incredible stay at The Westin Turtle Bay for 2 nights, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made my experience even more special. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing—every meal was a delight, and the quality was top-notch. One of the highlights of my trip was the glass-bottom boat tour. It was such a unique and breathtaking experience that truly showcased the natural beauty around the hotel. I also indulged in the spa, which was wonderfully relaxing and added to the peaceful atmosphere of the entire stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help, which made me feel so welcome and cared for throughout my visit. The scenery around the hotel is stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for a serene getaway. Even though I only stayed for two days, I left with nothing but wonderful memories and positive impressions. I highly recommend The Westin Turtle Bay for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable escape!

We stayed here on our trip to Mauritius in June. The resort is beautifully done, bang on the beach. The views are just gorgeous from any part of the resort. There are four in-house restaurants and a great bar. We had put up in the wellness villa which was super spacious and had everything you could need on a holiday. It has a 24*7, quite well equipped gym, a spa ( included in the stay, appointments recommended) and multiple included activities like glass bottom boat, snorkeling etc. What I loved the most was the family pool, it's big, aesthetically done and has a clear view to the beach. There's an adult only pool as well. The service was impeccable and all the staff were very warm and welcoming. It was a lovely experience in all and I would love to go back again
