If you want to be in the center of Virginia Beach, this is the spot! The rooms were very nice. My air conditioner wasn't working the first night. I let the front desk know, and they got on it. It was fixed and the second night was dreamy! The folks there got things done. I'd definitely stay there again.

Words cannot express the excellent service we received at The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center this past weekend. Everything from the live chat on our way to arrange an early check-in, to the help we received when my elder father fell out of bed and scratched himself up (his fault). The services were top notch! The rooms were also very nice; we are picky about sheets and I was very impressed with the quality of the sheets they use. We also greatly enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar... shout out to Joey our bartender/ waiter, he was fabulous!!! We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town!

Polite, friendly and helpful front desk from the minute I arrived! I was always greeted when I passed by to/from the garage parking. I ran into some issues with my mobile key and they helped set it back up, and gave me an extra physical key without complaints or fuss. The hotel itself was clean, up-to-date, and conveniently located in the Virginia Beach Town Center with several restaurants within walking distance. We did not try the restaurant on site, but the sundry was a little pricey ($15 for a 20 oz sprite, a lemonade and a bottle alkaline water). Traveling with kids, it was nice having options! We had Yard House and Nando's for lunch and Town Center Cold Pressed for breakfast. Avoid the McDonalds on the main road that's close by... Elevators were quick. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. We were on the 14th floor, so it was nice and quiet. The gym was nice and spacious. We did not get a chance to use the pool. The garage was a little tight but I never had an issue finding parking. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
