I had the worst experience at this hotel. The rooms were in terrible condition, with little to no maintenance done. It was clear that the place had been neglected. On top of that, they didn’t even provide any complimentary amenities, which I’ve come to expect at any decent hotel. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making the whole experience even worse. The only redeeming quality was the food — it was actually tasty, but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for everything else. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
A month ago, I went for shisha. We were there for close to an hour. While we were having shisha, we ordered one kottu roti. The food was fine, though. We waited approximately 15-20 minutes for the kottu roti. After they served it, we were having a little chat. We had not finished about 90% of the kottu roti. while The fork was still in my hand. One waitress suddenly came and asked, "Are you finished?" As soon as we looked at her and were about to say "no, not yet," she took the kottu roti plate and went, even though we had barely started it.... The shisha spot had plenty of vacant tables.i dont what was going on the waitresses mind... The made the sale but not allowing us to finish our meal even.. Weird place
I would never recommend this location. They offer zero customer service. They refused to bring 2 towels to our room. For two guests. They had 1/3 a roll of toilet paper and would not refill it after 2 days. We asked and asked. Then when our transer to the airport was late they told us 4 different stories. They insisted it was only their transfers that were allowed to drive us to airport. That turned out to be a lie. We were forced to stand on the road and try and wave down taxis which was not easy on a religous holiday. We found out they charge over double for their transfers i have to laugh that they keep up the charade for 10 dollars. They accused us of saying we wanted to leave an hour after we asked them to. The rooms did not have the beds that were booked. We had a group of 20 scuba divers spend 2 days before getting on a boat. The staff were rude when we tried to spend afternoons in their lobby/restraunt. The staff would not acknowledge us and we were forced to keep asking to order meals and soft drinks. It appeared only locals are able to get served here. The manger that never seemed to appear even tbough he is the only person that can answer a question finally showed up 30 minutes after we were to depart and once we started finding our own taxis he accused us of trying to save money by getting a taxi. What a joke. All we needed was to depart for the airport at the agreed time. The transfers they said we didnt want to pay were 10.00 each way. . The place could be decent for an over night but it is not a destination quality motel. I would stay away with current management and poorly trained staff. The biggest take away was the blatant dishonesty exhibited.
