I am writing this review with deep appreciation and gratitude for the professionalism, commitment, and hospitality of the Windflower Mysore Team Windflower Mysore was our home for five days, from 4th to 8th August, during our group booking for 45 people, including 35 students. The property is an oasis, sprawling 20+ acres in the heart of Mysore. The space gave us a window to plan indoor/in-house engagements whenever monsoons made it challenging to step out for our planned programs. The rooms are spacious, with state-of-the-art facilities, soothing aesthetics, and beautifully designed balconies with good views. The restaurant is huge with calming interiors surrounded by lush greenery. From the moment we arrived until check-out, every requirement was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Mr. Mujaid and his team at the front desk ensured that the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Mr. Venkatesh, the chef at the restaurant, went the extra mile to adapt the menu to suit the palates of our teenagers and constantly sought feedback to make each meal better. Mr. Balu was always courteous and welcoming, ensuring that our dining experience was a pleasure. Mr. Aiyappa stood out for his attentiveness—rearranging rooms when we needed additional rooms/accommodating last-minute cancellations, and remaining vigilant about the safety of our students (on multiple occasions, he contacted our team in the middle of the night to alert us and keep a watch out for students who stepped out of their rooms). And finally, my heartfelt gratitude goes to Mr. Giri, who patiently addressed our inquiries, coordinated seamlessly with his team, and personally ensured that we were well taken care of. We spent a night here with family and had a lovely time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. Loved the large rooms, which are ideal for relaxing. The resort has the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and a serene atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again:)

We went there along with our elderly parents and booked 2 rooms for 2 days, 10th and 11th July25. This was for a special occasion and the experience was THE WORST. First, the door access key card for one of the room was always the issue, even their employees were unable to open the door. Went multiple times to the reception for the same, not elderly and kids friendly. In one of the room the wooden flooring was not good, nail was poking out of the floor, luckily we didn’t get hurt. Both the rooms the flooring was damaged and not good. Again not at all elderly and kids friendly, we reported to the reception and they removed the nail. Attached the pic for reference. Not sure why they have given these 2 rooms to us. Looks like no one was using them before. TV was not working on one of the room, they acted as if they are noticing the issue for the first time and replaced the TV around 10PM. Bathroom door lock was loose and was locking up automatically, called the technician to unlock....... Most of our time was spent on reporting the basic issues and get that worked around, rather than spending peacefully. Only good thing happened during our stay was the food, exceptionally good. Also, special mention to the dining staff, they were friendly, courteous and taking care of us well. The 2 stars are only for that. We pretty much stayed in most of the windflower locations and this is the third time to the Mysore one. Till this stay, Windflower the brand was our goto place. Not sure if we visit this place or any of their branches again. If you guys are going through a renovation phase, please pause the bookings for sometime for these rooms rather than giving these faulty so called rooms and spoiling our vocation. THEY SHOULDN’T HAVE GIVEN THESE ROOMS TO ANYONE.
