We had a wonderful stay at The Zen Wellness Resort. The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. Alaa and her team member greeted us at reception with such genuine kindness and professionalism. Their welcoming energy set the tone for our entire visit. A special thank you to Marena at the Wellness Lounge—she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was tailored to our needs, graciously accommodating special requests with warmth and care. Her friendly presence was one of the highlights of our stay. This resort is a sanctuary, not just because of the beautiful setting and serene atmosphere, but because of the amazing people who make it so special.

I’ve booked this place for 2 days awesome customer service the language barrier was a bit of a nuisance but the staff over came that and still clear communication love the small banter I had with staff specially since I’m from New Zealand the rooms are well cared for I had a 2 single room to myself (clean and fresh) highly recommend ! 🫶☺️🤩
