Pros: 👍 5 stars facilities and environment 👍Onsen is great and spacious 👍Free facial masks to take away during check in, but I am not sure why the staff will take away later and cannot get again 👍 Room is clean and big Cons: 🤨Pillow is too flat with improper support 🤨 Staff services were a bit below average... When I requested for 2 more pillows, I heard the staff whispered to himself softly after I picked up, I guess he is not satisfied of my request and I am not sure why. The experience was not pleasant.

The hotel is a bit outside of the downtown core but if you’re driving this shouldn’t be an issue. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet even with the air conditioning one. You can hardly hear it!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband lost his t-shirt in the public bath and thought chances of finding it was slim. On our check-out day, by chance, we asked if anyone returned a t-shirt to the lost and found and voila there it was! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again.

NEW hotel so I booked it with pleasure. See the comments. I regret that I booked a family stay for more than 4 nights. The white bed sheet in the bed were dirty. There is no laundry room so I don't know what to do with my dirty clothes. Also, the front staff seemed a bit rude, as if they hadn't seen a foreigner. The breakfast was good, but for a family with children who wake up late, it seemed like there was not enough food. The most stupid thing is that the dining room on the 1st floor is equipped with everything and you have to pay extra to get service drinks. Even the hot water barely runs. They seem to want to provide good service but it's not comfortable. I want to cancel my room for the rest of the day. There is no water machine anywhere except onsen. Windows not great view.
