We can really recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is great. The entertainment program is varied, and the animation team is especially nice with kids and makes all guests feel welcome. There are several pools and bars to choose from, and the food is delicious. It’s also fabulous value for the money. The rooms are spacious and always kept clean, with the cleaning staff being very responsive and friendly. The beach is beautiful, and the snorkeling right in front of the hotel is amazing — we’ve seen an incredible variety of fish.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The animation is very interesting they do a really good job. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

I spent Christmas and New Year’s at Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza with family, and the stay left me genuinely torn. What we loved Food & chef: Every meal—whether the special holiday buffets or the regular service—was fresh, varied, and clearly cooked with care. The chef often made the rounds, eager for feedback and happy to whip up something off‑menu. Reef & dive team: The house reef is stunning, with vibrant coral right off the jetty. The dive staff were patient pros, making both beginners and experienced divers feel safe. Small, friendly footprint: The resort isn’t a sprawling mega‑complex, so nothing is more than a short walk away. Family rooms can be split in two with sliding doors—handy when you need a bit of separation. Generally kind staff: Day‑to‑day service in the restaurants, bars, and dive center was warm and genuine. What soured the stay Relentless review pressure: Nearly every interaction ended with “Please give us five stars.” The one time I offered constructive (but not perfect) feedback, attitudes cooled noticeably. Baggage fiasco on departure: Despite hotel staff tagging and lining up all six of our suitcases, only four made it onto the transfer bus. We were later told it was our responsibility to load them, and the hotel had no process to forward the missing bags to the airport or home. Months later I flew back to retrieve them, only to be scolded for not having the original claim tickets—tickets that had been attached by their own porter.
