I had a very nice stay at the hotel. Staff was very helpful and listened to feedback. My room had see through curtains and I felt a bit exposed and they changed it upon request. It has a lovely garden and patio with pool although the pool is only open during summer time. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable. The bathroom is big and has a bidet! The best part was the breakfast, i loved it! Really great start of the day. Near the hotel are two supermarkets which is very convenient. It is a more residential / quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view of the mountains. Not very convenient if you are a tourist that wants to explore all the tourist attractions but for me it was perfect to just relax as I had already seen all the tourist spots. It's a nice area to stay in with a different feel compared to the busy downtown. To get to downtown it takes 15-25 minutes by cab depending on the traffic. I would stay again!

We faced two types of problem 1) Room Service : We stayed there as a group and they told us (specially 👇 One Receptionist ) they will Clean our room only one time. we stayed there 4 days. Female Receptionist was good and she gave us standard service. 2)behaviour Of Receptionist : One receptionist (will share the photo) behaviour was very bad. he Doesn't know English. Its shameful. We had to use google translator. He used to bring his Girlfriend in the hotel lobbies.(that is his personal issue,we Don't mind) but his behavior was hursh and He told he won't clean our rooms daily. Breakfast time 9am to 11am we warned him many times that we need breakfast 9 am but he gave us breakfast at 10:15am twice. but the lady receptionist gave us 9:00am sharp.Thanks to her. every morning we used to wake him up from Sofa. If you Don't believe (Owner) kindly check the camera. otherwise Room location , hotel Location are good. They Don't have any Bidet. my personal recommendation if you keep English knowing Receptionist (Gentle) Lots of customer will come. Thank you

It’s horrible experience in Bishkek. We booked 3 couple room, but they gave us separately. Male receptionist was very rude, specially when we asked about room and breakfast. Otherwise hotel location and environment was excellent.
