Titan Garden

This is the last day of our vacation and I would like to thank all the staff for their effort to do the most for their guests. To be honest, public toilets are a bit smelly, maybe should have been cleaned more often. I was really disappointed by how many Turks were in the hotel. You may assume this is not a problem, but it depends on which perspective you take into consideration. For us, we could not find anyone speaking to us in English. Thank God we hadn’t had a problem there, it would have been super challenging to deal with it. We asked for the list of available drinks - no one understood, schedule of animation program - the same. My honest feeling is that the hotel is primarily focused to its majoritarian group of guests - Turks. I do fully respect that, but it should have been stated somewhere. If in a foreign country, you can first and foremost rely on your hotel and we felt kind of afraid something could have happened all the time. Food was really delicious - both at the hotel and beach. On a much brighter note, Sonat, the animator, was the only person with whom we had many wonderful conversations. He is such a lovely, caring and kind person. I think he is the best for international guests because he is the only one who is able to communicate in English. We will miss him.

Overall good experience - like 3,5*. Service is nice. Place is nice. No issue with alkohol. Food could be better. There is wide choice but nothing special. Eat one time outside and you will not want to come back. Rooms and rest clean. Beach is 100m but smells bad and all the time red flag. Rooms are loud - you hear the street like its next to you. There is someone shouting everyday (even in night) and during storm we almost lost window

My visit was characterized by poor service, unprofessional behavior, subpar food quality, and a language barrier. I discovered that some of the personnel engaged in gossip and derogatory conversations about customers behind their backs. Furthermore, the quality of the food I was served was far from satisfactory. One specific incident stands out: I was served chicken that was undercooked and still pink in the center. The staff members, regrettably, displayed a severely limited proficiency in English, rendering effective communication regarding my concerns and preferences nearly impossible. The combination of bad service, unprofessional conduct, subpar food quality, and a language barrier made for an unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this place.
