Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park All Inclusive

We had such a great time at the hotel! Right from the start, the staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The hotel is gorgeous with clean, spacious areas and an amazing private beach. We got an awesome surprise—a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was really roomy and comfy, plus the balcony had great views, which made our stay even better. The food was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The pool was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. There were plenty of fun activities and the vibe was relaxed but lively. Overall, the service was spot on and we loved every minute. Definitely planning to come back soon!

I liked the hotel, we had a family vacation there, a very diverse program, lots of shows and water activities. My daughter especially liked the kids club and the girls who work there, all evening she said that Josi and Milana are very funny and cool. And she was also happy when Milana drew her favorite character for her. All the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that after one dinner my stomach hurt, maybe something wasn't very fresh..., but it didn't spoil our vacation

Review for Titanic Beach Hotel I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. My experience here was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The food was of extremely poor quality, tasteless, and unsafe — it caused severe stomach pain for both us and our children. The reception staff were shockingly unprofessional, especially a receptionist named Verna, whose attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. The rooms were in bad condition, with uncomfortable beds and terrible mattresses. The swimming pool was dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained. The staff overall were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed no interest in assisting guests. Even the hotel manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I paid a large amount of money expecting quality service, but instead, I got disappointment, illness, and stress. There is no value for the money, and the hotel completely fails to deliver even basic standards. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will never come back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
