TM Deluxe Hotel

Rooms perfect, staff friendly, front desk staff not very knowledgeable about all aspects of the hotel, food and drink, plenty of choice. The only downside is the entertainment. 45 mins to 1 hour per night. We were there for 1 week and only enjoyed 1 night, Niall the singer. The other nights were dancers and acrobatics, poor shows. Adult only is a plus.

The room we had was a corner one and was a great size with good balcony overlooking the sea as I believe all are. Shower was a brilliant walk in one , powerful and consistent temperature. Good cupboard space and a very large comfortable bed. Restaurant wise it was your usual foods but they did vary daily apart from the standard stuff. In the afternoon you moved to the downstairs restaurant . Service was excellent and plates cleared quickly. Drink wise for an all inclusive wasn’t too bad with good choices and quality not too bad. Didn’t use the upgrade and to be honest glad we didn’t as didn’t see much benefit to it. Pools were cold according to my wife but I can’t comment as don’t go in them. It’s a 20-30 minute walk into the main part of Sunny Beach, which suited us as far to busy there. You could get the road train 5 minutes walk along the beach, which takes you there if walking isn’t your thing, and another to Nesebar I believe. Hope this helps. I don’t normally do all inclusive as I can’t stand the drinks and buffet style eating but this hotel was more than acceptable to me and away from the noise of central Sunny Beach

We really enjoyed our week at this fabulous resort. The hotel is spotless, the food selection is great and the staff are friendly and professional. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the private beach. The only criticism we have is that there is more smoking than none smoking areas outside the restaurant and on the outside terrace. This sometimes made it difficult for us to find somewhere to sit outside. We upgraded to "preferred guests" - although this wasn't expensive we were surprised to find that there was nothing stopping anyone in the hotel using the sunbeds and beach area supposedly reserved for preferred guests. The only benefit we could see was having access to the preferred lounge as an access key was needed for that area. We enjoyed the beach and the sea was crystal clear and very safe. Other than walking along the beach there's no where to walk to although there are trips available. Our week was very relaxing just what we needed.
