Tolip El Narges Hotel & Spa

First time staying here, but so far, it met my expectations. The staff are really friendly. Rooms are bigger than i expected and also clean. The hotel has a lot of nice options. Their open buffet breakfast was really good, and a big variety of options. They provide a schedule (golf car ) whenever i ask how can i go to Friday prayer. It was a great gesture. I can recommend it

The hotel is good. My room was very spacious and contains many safes and drawers. Bathroom is wide, clean with standard toiletries. Service is primitive, the moment I went to check-in my room, there was a maintenance guy enjoying a phone call on the sofa, then asked me WHO AM I :). Second day on the breakfast there was no chef in the eggs section, I had to visit the eggs station two useless times before I ask about the chef and order my request. Other breakfast items were very good, diverse, plenty and tasty. Restaurant is large and seating was always easy to find without waiting.

This Hotel cannot be considered 4 Star. Maybe it was in the past but it remained outdated, old bathroom facilities, old room furniture, smells old. The hotel does not serve at all alcohol, although in the Booking.com page it says it does! I chose this hotel for it's pool, gym AND, to be able to relax with a glass of wine after work. And now I see this option is not available.. Also the breakfast is not fresh, lots of dishes from the buffet look like "reused from the previous days. Today I had scrambled eggs with egg shells in it, no taste at all, the worst scrambled eggs ever!
